Enjoy this 30 minute ski fit yoga session to prepare your body for the first runs of the ski season.

Whether you’re a snowboarder or a skier it’s super important that your body is ready for the first runs of the season. Get ski fit with Noona. Yoga for skiers and snowboarders. A basic level is fitness is required to do this session. This class is a gentle, slow hatha yoga with deep and progressive stretches to prepare your body for ski season. Wake up those essential muscles that will help you have more fun on the slopes and avoid injury.

I recommend doing this for a least consecutive 7 days ahead of your first ski runs of the season if you’re feeling a bit out of shape.

You’ll need a yoga mat and, if necessary, 2 yoga blocks to do this session.
