Beach yoga & Breakfast at the Ruban Bleu Plage in Juan Les Pins

 

Thursday mornings 8.00 – 9.15 followed by breakfast.

 

Join us for a class of Hatha yoga in the fresh air under the shade on Juan Les Pins beach. Breakfast is provided by the Ruban Bleu following the class.

The yoga class is adapted to all levels and beginners are welcome : ) The class includes asana practice (postures), breathing practice and deep relaxation.

Yoga mats are provided
