Work with the Body
“It’s not easy to control the mind completely but, at least, you can try to control the body. Through the body, you can control the breath. Through the breath, you control the senses. Through the senses, you control the mind because it’s all one and the same in different levels of expression. The body is not different from the mind; it is the expressed mind. That means it goes from the subtle to the gross. The mind is the key. It begins the movement and ultimately it moves the body. So if you want to stop the turnings of the mind, work with the body first.
