Welcome to the Breathe & Meditate, a 4-week course where you’ll learn how to breathe, focus and manage your daily challenges in a more conscious and healthy way.

Crafted to ensure that no matter what your experience with breathwork, you’ll get a deeper understanding of how to breathe. Learning how to consciously control your breath is simply life-changing. You’ll learn easy and practical techniques to bring about states of wellbeing in just minutes, right from Session 1, getting you back on track in managing your stress levels, easing anxiety and aiding in restful sleep. Beginners are welcome! All that is required is an open mind and a willing heart.

About This 4 Week Course

This course will navigate you through the very foundations of healthy breathing, give you a deeper understanding and appreciation of your nervous system, and teach you a variety of techniques (or ‘bio-hacking tools’) to manage your internal energy and emotional state via the breath.

You can participate live or follow the recordings in your own time, fitting this into your schedule without adding any additional stress.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the physiology and mechanics of breathing and use this to your advantage.
  • Connect to the breath, and correct the breath in moments of pressure or stress.
