If you’ve ever had the good fortune to watch the Fly Boyz play a gig you’ll understand why I was so excited to have half the band and their lovely girlfriends in my yoga class this morning!

The Fly Boyz are massively talented, and play a huge repertoire of acoustic music. Their energy is incredibly infectious – I defy you to stand still when you hear them play : )
