Unwind your week with the Saturday SOMA Breath Reset!

Join me at Moment Studio in Valbonne for a Saturday afternoon breathwork session that will help you release your week, recalibrate your energy and feel relaxed and able to enjoy the weekend.

SOMA breath is an amazingly easy and accessible way of releasing stress, recharging your batteries and reaching heightened states of consciousness. You’ll feel a natural high just by giving your body the gift of coherent, conscious breaths and space to pause.

By simply breathing in cycles of specific rhythms followed by breath holds, your whole system has a chance to relax, unwind and recharge. You’ll leave the session feeling refreshed and renewed! You can read more about this amazing technique here.

Saturday SOMA breath Reset sessions are designed for all ages, and no previous experience is required. The sessions are fun and accessible.

This gorgeous space has a soothing, serene and welcoming atmosphere.
We’ll be using the headsets during the session allowing you to become completely immersed in the music and the rhythm of your breath. It really creates an all-encompassing experience.

What happens when you do breathwork?
