Saturday morning yoga – a great way to start your weekend! Move the body, quieten the mind and breathe deeply.
An invigorating yet steadily paced morning class of Integral Yoga, incorporating asanas (postures) to wake up the body and get energy moving. The session also includes deep relaxation and breathing practices followed by a short silent meditation to leave you feeling refreshed, stretched and ready to enjoy your day.
The class is suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome! Postures are modified for beginners to make the asanas more accessible.
