A day of exploring the inner landscape and using this intelligence to navigate life.

The description of the day is being kept intentionally fluid so that the day can unfold organically. There will be meditation, breathwork, movement, yoga, partner workshops and other gems in the mix. However the exact alchemy, flow and eventual form will come from the participants as we learn to listen to our own inner wisdom.

The day includes delicious treats & vegetarian lunch, all organic.
