REVITALIZE SESSION – MEDITATION, BREATHWORK, DEEP RELAXATION & MORE
Join us for a free weekly online meditation and deep relaxation during lockdown.
At the end of the day on Thursday evenings, wind down with a Revitalize session. The format will vary each week depending on the mood (mine)! and what I’m feeling. Together we’ll explore different ways of connecting back into the body.
There is so much more to us as beings than just muscles and bones, and my hope is that these sessions will enable you to become more aware, and perhaps connected to the subtler aspects of your being.
The sessions may include gentle movement, toning (which helps to reset the nervous system), SOMA breath, guided breathwork, meditation, subtle energy awareness, deep relaxation and more to take you on a journey within.
