INDONESIA TROPICAL RETREAT
WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE HERE?👆
An amazing opportunity has arisen to spend a week on a remote, private island in Indonesia and I’d love to share this with you!
In March next year we’ll be heading to a 50ha private island in Indonesia. With only 8 other guests we will have the whole island to ourselves. Bliss!
Here you’ll get to experience the ultimate castaway lifestyle. Bare feet on the white sand, pristine turquoise waters, abundant sea life and truly surrounded by nature. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to really switch off and recharge your batteries.
WHERE?
On the western tip of Sumatra Indonesia is a protected tropical paradise, hidden from the rest of the world. Pinang Island’s secluded location surrounded by a pristine natural environment makes it an ideal place to truly get away and reconnect with nature. With a unique blend of Indonesian sanctuary, sustainable living and wildlife conservation, Pinang Island is like no other place on Earth.
More than just a retreat…
This is a trip of a lifetime.
Back-to-nature, tropical paradise awaits you. A boat ride away from the mainland, this island offers the opportunity to really get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Retreating to a private island is the ultimate way to revitalize – toes in the sand, back to nature, the sounds of the ocean surrounding you.
YEARNING FOR SOME DOWNTIME?
The island offers a good range of nature-based outdoor activities. You can partake in as much or as little as you wish. This is your time to switch off.
Our daily ‘routine’ will be a relaxed and easy-going blend of morning yoga practices, evening meditation and breathwork. In between we’ll be enjoying delicious & nourishing Indonesian cuisine, learning how to cook some local dishes, and exploring the permaculture gardens where they grow their food.
We’ll have time to swim in the warm tropical waters, perhaps enjoy some snorkelling, freediving, skurfing, fishing or float around on the SUPS or kayaks. There is beach volleyball and badminton for the more athletic guests, and the island is big enough to hike and explore the rainforest and jungle. We will also have the possibility to watch turtles nest on nearby Bangkaru Island.
For others just climbing into a hammock and taking time to read a good book is all that’s needed.
Imagine spending your evenings under the stars or enjoying a beach bonfire.
An hour’s massage is included in your retreat price, and additional treatments or a reiki session can be arranged on request.

From here the team at the island come and pick us up in the boat.
